Description
Coach D will cover the fundamentals of working out with kettlebells and give you some drills to get you started. Fundamentals include: understanding why kettlebells are so effective, how to select your own kettlebells, a kettlebell warm-up and how to safely perform the kettlebell deadlift and swing. It’s recommended you purchase three or more sessions to really understand how to comfortably train with kettlebells. This also reduces the cost of each session by 25%.
